Meet Marci

I am posting about a very special cat that needs a home. A special needs cat. Super sweet, gorgeous and ready for adoption.
Serious and experienced inquiries only please. Details below from foster mom:

Dani is 1 year old spayed female tabby with partial paralysis in her rear legs. She was brought to us completely downed in her hind end at about 2-3 months old, unable to stand on her hind legs but had feeling in them. We still aren’t sure what happened to her, about 4 months with us and we got her standing and walking through K laser therapy, medications and physical therapy. Although she’s come along way and walks upright 90% of the time, she sometimes has trouble getting to and using the litter box, with the help of cat attract litter recently she’s been better, she just needs a patient owner. She also will tolerate diapers and adjusts well with them on. She doesn’t jump but uses her upper body and nails to help her get onto couches, beds, stairs etc, her nails are pretty important in her mobility so she can never be declawed.
She’d do best as an only cat, but I think she’d learn to be okay with another cat as long as that other cat was pretty laid back. She feels the same way about dogs but i believe she’d learn to be okay with it.
Dani is one of the sweetest cats I’ve ever met, she loves to curl up on your lap, and sleep next to your head in bed. She deserves a wonderful home with someone who has time for her, she really is a special cat.
